Ingredients for making linseed pudding
Roasted Linseed – 1 bowl
Corn flakes – 4 tbsp
Oats – 4 tbsp
Grapes – 1/4 cup
Walnuts – 4
Makhane – 8-10
Cashew-almond – 1 tbsp
Turmeric – 1/2 tbsp
Jaggery – as required
Desi ghee – 3 tbsp

How to make linseed pudding
To make linseed pudding, first take linseed and put it in a pan and dry roast it. After this put the roasted linseed in the mixer. Add corn flakes and oats to it and grind all the ingredients coarsely. Now put a pan on medium flame to heat it. After the pan is hot, add desi ghee and turmeric to it. After roasting turmeric in ghee for a few seconds, add ground flaxseed, oats and corn flakes to it.

Now, while stirring with the help of a ladle, fry all the ingredients on a low flame for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, cut walnuts, cashews and almonds into fine pieces. Now put walnuts and dry fruits in the pan and mix them well with the halwa. Now take jaggery and crush it and put it in the halwa and pour one-and-a-half glass of water on top. After stirring the halwa with a ladle for some time, add cut grapes.

Now let the halwa cook on low flame for 4-5 more minutes. During this, keep stirring the halwa with the help of a ladle. When the pudding is cooked, turn off the gas. Flaxseed pudding full of taste and nutrition is ready. Serve it hot.
